Example 1: A home sells for $500,000 with a 3% commission and no referral or donation matching (typical). Total commission is $15,000 (100%); Customer Rebate is $6,250 (42%); Agent Commission is $7,000 (47%); Broker Commission is $1,312 (9%); 1000s2u Commission is $438 (3%).
Example 2: A home sells for $200,000 with a 3% commission and no referral or donation matching (typical). Total commission is $6,000 (100%); Customer Rebate is $1,000 (17%); Agent Commission is $4,000 (67%); Broker Commission is $750 (13%); 1000s2u Commission is $250 (4%).
Example 3: A home sells for $1,000,000 with a 3% commission and no referral or donation matching (typical). Total commission is $30,000 (100%); Customer Rebate is $17,400 (58%); Agent Commission is $10,080 (34%); Broker Commission is $1,890 (6%); 1000s2u Commission is $630 (2%).

- Free use of 1000s2u logo for your real estate signs, shirts and other clothing, license plate frames, car decals, business cards, accessories, etc. We have companies available for your use at no extra charge and very affordable, but feel free to use whomever. The 1000s2u brand name makes people curious and generates inquiries.
- Local ads sponsored by 1000s2u to our target market generate inquiries.
- The "www.1000s2u.com" website is a simple, easy to remember, website that has useful real estate tools, a buy of the week, current real estate market related articles, etc.
- Free "www.1000s2u.com" web page that allows you to post your listings, tell your customers about yourself, etc. Includes an easy url page (ie. www.1000s2u.com/dave).
- Free 1000s2u.com email (ie. [email protected]).
- Those referring 1000s2u receive $500 for each referral that results in a closed transaction. This allows people to refer you without any marketing leg work!
