I hired Dave to help me in the planning of a residential remodel. He has been extremely helpful in guiding us through the variance and permit process. His communication and thoroughness are spot on. His insider knowledge of the planning sphere has shaved months off the time normally required to complete this rigorous process. His fees are quite reasonable as well.

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter serves as a formal recommendation for the real estate services provided by David De Vries. David provided an exceptional level of service as our buyer's agent during a recent home purchase in Rancho Penasquitos. We came across David's name from a Craiglslist advertisement and screened him against a number of other real estate agents. We chose David to be our agent based on his responsiveness and his cash-back offering. He was very helpful during the inspection process utlizing his experience from his work with the city. He was never pushy with us and was a good communicator during the entire process. Within a week of closing on our new house, we received a check from David for over $8,000 thereby holding to our initial real estate representation agreement.

Based on this transaction, I recommend David as a buyers agent. I imagine he would also provide the same level of service as a sellers agent or any other real estate representation.

Rebecca and David and I needed to sell our home fairly quickly and we needed help. We got it in spades, from help finding a range our home may be worth to staging the home for a fast sale! Then along the way we had a lot of questions and concerns and David reassured us with prompt return calls and emails as well as going above and beyond many times anticipating a need or question and providing the information before we even asked. And on top of all that, we had buyers who had all kinds of issues and David would not give up until we got past those. It was a huge pain dealing with challenges like that but I know it would have been far worse without David's help. He helped us find a new buyer in record time when the first failed and our home sold for more than we expected! I now tell everyone I know to use this great company!

My wife and I were looking for our first home and David helped us find a great deal in a great neighborhood. He was very knowledgeable and able to guide us through the process. He was very patient with all our questions and saved us a lot of money. We recommend him to everyone!
