Dave De Vries is the Principal and Broker of DVS Realty. As a city planner for over 20 years, Dave would often work with property owners who unknowingly bought homes with unpermitted room additions, garage conversions, and remodels, and faced thousands of dollars in correction costs. Recognizing a need, Dave started DVS Realty Services, leveraging his expertise to provide people with better service, and at a lower cost. Dave also has an extensive background in valuation to help buyers and sellers obtain the ideal price for their transaction. As a development planner, Dave knows the "ins and outs" of local government and can get you past the red tape and onto construction in a reasonable time frame. Wife Carly brings with her a broad background in development marketing, an eye for home design and aesthetics, and the all-important woman's point of view. DVS is one of the few firms, and possibly the only firm, that can implement your marketing strategy and/or take your vacant or redevelopable land from rough idea through conceptual development, entitlements, construction, then sale; all for a low reasonable rate.
